Purchasing Orders, parcels Status Description

During purchasing process, you can track your items in “MY Order”. Delivery statuses are defined as following:


Awaiting process  

Initial status after submission


Orders allocated to buyers


Buyers are purchasing the items.


Purchased already, ready to delivery to our warehousing center

Out of stock*

Sold out

Invalid items*

The following cases are considered as invalid orders:
●  Invalid item URL
●  Inconsistent name&price of the item with the submitted information
●  No item details and images
●  Virtual goods, contraband items etc.

Issue items

Need to be confirmed by users for lack of essential information about size, color, etc.

Returning and exchanging

Return and exchange items after negotiation with sellers

Contacting sellers

Attempt to contact sellers but no reply. Contact us for refund via message if you do not want to wait.

Arrived Panlishop

Items have been received by Panlishop and ready for shipping to overseas!



After submitted the delivery, you could check your parcel details and status in “My parcel”. parcel statuses are defined as following:




Initial status after submission

Sorting & packaging

The parcel is under processing and packaging.


The parcel is ready to send to logistic provider.


The parcel is sent to logistic provider successfully

Incorrect information*

Invalid or less detailed delivery information (such as: receiver, delivery address).
We will contact you via message, please reply in time to solve the issue.

Incorrect delivery service*

Your waybill contains contraband items for selected delivery service.
We will contact you via message, please reply in time to solve the issue.


To confirm you have received the parcel, click on “Delivered” in “My parcel



● During the  purchasing process, if you need to add or replace the size or color ect,

     If item status is “Awaiting Process”, you could leave message in notes box telling us the size or color you want.

     If the item status is “Processing” or “Contacting sellers”, you could contact us via message telling us the size or color you want.

     If the seller already delivered the item, we will contact him to return or exchange after receiving your message. If the seller agreed, you need to pay the domestic delivery fee for returning or exchanging. We will only return or exchange under your authority.

●Taobao / Paipai / Ebay are mainly individual or C2C businesses. If the deal succeeds, normally, it takes 3-10 days to deliver from sellers to our Shanghai warehousing center. We commit that the item will be shipped to your oversea address at full speed.

● For orders or parcel  with *, to get refund directly to your account, you just need to delete it manually.
