How to get refunds?

It is always possible to get your remaining balance from Panli to your own bank account. However, the most part of our customers are willing to leave a certain amount of RMB in their Panli account to make an easy purchasing order next time.

Refunding methods:

Situation 1: Prepayment via the internet

The remaining balance will be refunded by the same way how you made your payment.

   The payment has been made within 2 months:
In “my account” you can apply for refunding, the procedure takes 2-3 working days.

√ International credit card: Please be aware that the refunds via the third-platform may take time.

●    The payment has been made over 2 months

Please provide:

-Your email which you registered Panli.
- The last time & amount that you recharged your account.(According to “spending records”)
-The name of the bank receives your refunds.
- Your bank account number.
-Cardholder’s name.
-The name of accounting holding branch.
-The amount you require to refund.

We will process your refunding requirement once we get sufficient information.


Situation 2: Prepayment was made via offline remittance

The remaining balance will return to your own account.

Please provide:
-Your email which you registered Panli.
- The last time & amount that you recharged your account.(According to 'spending records')
-The name of the bank receives your refunds.
- Your bank account number.
-Cardholder’s name.
-The name of accounting holding branch.
-The amount you require to refund.

We will process your refunding requirement once we get sufficient information.
